Early Bird Registration (through May 12, 2017) $90 (per Scout)
***Cub’s discount for parent on staff all week -$45 (per Scout)
Tag Along (Volunteer parents only) $35 (per youth)
Late Registration (May 15 – May 26) add $10 to each fee
Camp will be held at Covenant Community Church 11 Rocket Dr., June 19-23, 2017. Camp is from 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Drop off 7:30a.m.-8:00a.m. (Scouts MUST BE PICKED UP BY 5:15PM or you will incur a $25 charge)
All registered Cub Scouts are welcome to attend. Boys will be assigned by Scout Rank to a den with 2 adult leaders. Cub Scouts – invite a friend and they will have the opportunity to join Scouting and Day Camp!
ANY boy not already registered with a Pack must pay a $17.50 registration fee (to accompany a BSA registration form) and the Day Camp registration fee with the Day Camp Registration found below.
Tigers (rising 1st graders) – According to BSA policy, each Tiger Scout must be accompanied by a parent or guardian partner 21 years or older at all Scout activities. Therefore, this adult must attend camp every day and must fill out a separate registration. There is no fee for Tiger adult. Tiger adults are encouraged to purchase a camp t-shirt.
You must complete and attach your Medical Form to this registration. Date of last Tetanus shot is required. Visit http://www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/680-001_AB.pdf to obtain a copy of the Medical Form.
Our Tag Along program is for Camp volunteers only. Children must be 3 and potty trained.
No registrations accepted after May 26, 2017 (No refunds after 6/2/17)
ADULTS we need your help to provide a quality camp. Our camp is 100% staffed by volunteers. ALL volunteers must complete online Youth Protection Training and Hazardous Weather Training and provide their certificate. Please make sure to fill out the registration form found below. You are expected to attend a Day Camp training session – we will contact you with details. (There is no registration fee for leaders.)
SCOUTS AND VOLUNTEERS IN ATTENDANCE MUST COMPLETE SECTION A and B of the BSA Medical
Form enclosed and found on the Council website – www.danielboonecouncil.org. Please note that you are asked to sign a media release on part B. Medical Forms must be attached with applications. (Parts A & B)
