Service Area

Mt. Mitchell District includes Upper Buncombe(North of I-40), Madison, Yancey, Mitchell and Avery Counties. Click the "Units" Tab to see where and when our Units meet. 

Roundtable

Roundtables occur on the 2nd WEDNESDAY of each month at 7 PM, and all Scouters are welcome to join. At these meetings, we provide Meeting locations are listed below! Units with important information, upcomming events, and training opportunities to lead your Unit. Programs are provided for both Cub Scouts, and Scouts BSA. Email Jacob Whitlow or Rick Broadhurst, if you have questions. 

The September and October 2023 Roundtable will be held in Banner Elk, at Holston Presbyterian Camp (6993 Hickory Nut Gap Rd, Banner Elk, NC 28604) at 7 PM. 

November and December: Burnsville- location TBD
