Mt. Mitchell Recognition Banquet

Each of you (& your spouses) are invited to attend our Annual District Banquet to recognize so many of our Awesome, Dedicated Leaders that serve our Districts youth as well as serve in so many District and Council roles.
Please invite your unit leaders spouse as well as your Charter Organization Representative as well.
 
Your District Banquet will be held on Sat. Feb.7th. (Scout Anniversary Weekend).
It will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church (337 Charlotte Street, 28801).
 
We will Only have Online Registration ( this form) & Registration Deadline Is Sunday, Feb. 1 (10 pm).
Check-in will begin @ 5:15 & Supper starts @ 6pm, followed by  an evening of recognition & celebration.
 
The cost of the banquet is only $20 per person, which covers a delicious meal, our program & adult awards.
 
 

Please submit a picture with your nomination forms to District Executive Ryan Bennett at ryan.bennett@scouting.org. The deadline is December 19th. Please also forward your pictures to mmdpictures2025@gmail.com

We would also like to have pictures of your unit in action. These can be pictures of your units participating in events such as; unit meetings, hikes, Klondike, any council or district events, summer camp, etc.
