DBC Volunteer Appreciation Party

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!

You have done SO MUCH for the youth in our Council and it is time for us to say THANK YOU! 

The leadership of the Daniel Boone Council would like to invite all volunteers who work directly with our Scouts, from Cubs to Eagles, to join us Saturday, October 12th from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM for a fun filled, relaxing day at Camp Daniel Boone.

Space is limited to the first 800 registrants... please register by Saturday, September 21st.

• Bring your family (but not your pets) 
• Eat some great food (served from 12:00 to 1:30 pm)
• Fish in the lake (bring your pole)
• Wander around on camp trails (take a buddy!)
• Hold down a rocking chair  (best view in camp)
• Play games in the parade field (but don't strain anything)
• Trade patches (this is a scout gathering)
• And please know - You will not be asked to run a station, serve a meal, set up, clean up, or anything else.

Again, space is limited to 800 and registration by September 21st is necessary.  

Thanks for all that you do for Scouting and the young men and women of Western North Carolina... you are truly making a difference!!  We appreciate all that you do... TEAM DBC is AWESOME!!!!
