2012 Camp Card Drawing Registration Form
This form to be completed by Unit Leaders or Unit Camp Card Chairmen after verification a Scout has sold 25 cards. Drawings will be held every Friday between February 10th Thru April 13th. 10 Total Winners will receive a free Camp Experience!
A Scout is Thrifty
A Scout works to pay his own way and to help others. He saves for the future. He protects and conserves natural resources. He carefully uses time and property.
The Daniel Boondesigned to help Scouts earn their way to Camp. Units that participate in this program will earn 50% commission. The sale will run from February 1, 2012 until April 13, 2012. This will give units 10 weeks to sell and another week to close out their account.
This program is RISK FREE, units may simply return any unsold cards by April 30, 2012.
Goal of the Initiative: Simply put, we want our Scouts to go to camp, and we don’t want family finances to keep a Scout from attending the camp of his choice. Scouts will also learn an important value, earning their own way.

The Great Camp Giveaway:
Every Friday of the Sale, starting on February 10th (for 10 weeks), every Scout who sold a minimum of 25 cards will be in a drawing to attend camp for FREE! One winner per week, they will win a trip to their District Day Camp, Webelos Woods or Camp Daniel Boone base camp. Scouts can register for the drawing once they have sold 25 cards. The unit will still receive the 50% commission!
The Great Camp Giveaway II:
Any Cub Scout or Webelos Scout who sells 100 Camp Cards will go to their District Day Camp, or Webelos Woods FREE! Their unit will still receive the 50% commission!
Any Boy Scout or Venture Scout that sells 300 Camp Cards will attend Camp Daniel Boone Base Camp FREE! And their unit will still receive the 50% commission!
All Unsold Cards MUST be returned by April 20th

To Participate:
1. Assign a Camp Master
2. Complete the registration form or
3. Complete the online form
Camp Master Responsibilities: Promote to all Scouts in the unit the importance of attending summer camp, encourage them to attend. Manage all aspects of the Camp Card Sale. A good Camp Master will have over 75% of their Scouts attend a summer camp.
