BSA Sea Base
The Florida National High Adventure Sea Base is owned and operated by the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America to offer unique educational aquatic programs to our members. Northern Tier
Some of the best weather, snow conditions, facilities, and terrain for cold weather camping in North America are offered through the OKPIK Adventure program at Charles L. Sommers base in Ely, Minnesota. OKPIK provides a highly-trained staff to help you learn cold weather camping skills such as dog sledding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, clothing and sleeping systems, snow shelter building, animal tracking, cold weather cooking, and ice fishing. Philmont
Philmont Scout Ranch, the Boy Scouts of America's premier High Adventureā„¢ base, challenges Scouts and Venturers with more than 200 square miles of rugged New Mexico wilderness. Backpacking treks, horseback cavalcades, and training and service programs offer young people many ways to experience this legendary country.

Harrison High Adventure Base
One of the best local council high adventure programs in the country. Opportunities include backpacking treks, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, canoeing and Boonesboro Village.

Maine High Adventure Base
Maine High Adventure is a challenging outdoor program offered by the Boy Scouts of America. Each summer hundreds of Scouts and Venture Crews enjoy unique backcountry experiences in northern Maine.
Other Council High Adventure Programs
The BSA high-adventure program directory is a service to all units desiring to locate a high-adventure program opportunity at any local council. The directory lists all council-operated high-adventure trekking programs that span at least five nights and six days. A few programs of lesser duration are included as specialty adventure programs.
