The 2008 Philmont Trip from the Daniel Boone Council is full and looking forward to their trip. All who attend Philmont consider it the experience of a lifetime. Now it is time to start thinking about the 2009 trip. The minimum age requirement for this trip is 14 years old (and have completed the 8^th Grade) by June 20^th, 2009.

Greeting Scout Leaders,

Spring will be here before we know it, and we’re going to kick off the season with an exciting Boy Scout Day designed just for your Cub and Boy Scouts. Join us for an adventure your entire troop will enjoy. Check out the program topics listed below and prepare for an adventure! Not enough for you? Bring your tents and stay overnight beneath the stars on the Meadows in the Park.

When: Saturday, May 10^th 2008/Optional overnight camping Friday, May 9th

Check-in by 9:45am

What: Programs will run from 10:00am until 12:30pm and include time for lunch.
